Problem Solved : - download a rom and extract it with Huawei Update Extractor - enter fastboot mode and flash manually boot.img, recovery.img, system.img and cust.img on your p8 lite---- afterwards your p8lite should boot normally and if you want you can now reinstall the whole rom normally ---- download a rom----- extract it
