I have never had a problem with the controller i use Xbox 360 though i use r trig and left trig for gas and brake/reverse and use the anolog stick for movement. A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic. Big Picture -> FC5 -> Controller options -> Set to 'Forced off'. Different methods of getting there but this is how i got there. 1. Open Big Picture mode 2. Go to Library 3. Click Far Cry 5 4. Click Manage Game 5. Click Controller Settings. 6. Turn Forced Steam Controller settings or something similar to that OFF. 7 I am just wondering if Far Cry 2 Fortune's Edition GOG.COM version has controller support for a wired Xbox One X Controller in Windows 10? There is a workaround that works for some people, but not others- Go into big picture mode, to Far Cry 5's page, then click manage game > controller settings > use steam configuration for non-steam controllers and set it to off. Using a wired 360 controller with my couch/TV, and everything works perfectly fine except the DPad. Strangely the game recognizes it being pressed, as the mouse vanishes when I touch the DPad. However I cannot navigate the menus, throw rocks, change melee weapons, etc. Both analogs and every other button works, except the DPad. (Yes I have Xbox360 selected in the steam controller settings
thats an issue with your system .. KB a+ mouse works fine here do you have any other controllers plugged in .. if so disconnect them
